An educational group to introduce you to the practice of mindfulness.

You will learn how mindfulness can be incorporated into your routine to help you build an awareness of your thoughts and feelings, be more connected and more present focused.

Talking Therapies are here to help when life gets too tough.

We provide a range of therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Computer-based CBT to people over 18 and registered with a Surrey GP.

You can refer yourself for these services without seeing your GP first.
