How do you access online support?
You can refer yourself directly to our SilverCloud service here. The service is free on the NHS if you are registered with a Surrey GP and you can expect complete confidentiality.
With easy self-sign up on our website, you don’t have to see your GP first and you will receive a quick response so you can get the help you need without delay.
