These courses will help you get a better understanding of your worry or depression and help prepare you for therapy.

The group therapist will help you to understand how your thoughts and behaviour impact on your wellbeing and how you can begin to make changes which can have a lasting and significant impact

Our courses are popular because you will experience encouragement from other course participants and see that you are not alone in the way you’re feeling.

“We have created these new courses to offer people a quicker start to the therapy process. They provide a good basic understanding of anxiety and depression as well as a taster of group work. They also offer support for those on a waiting list for individual therapy. There’s no obligation to share sensitive or personal information as the courses also work on an educational basis.”
