Online CBT with SilverCloud

Some people prefer the convenience of accessing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) via our online service SilverCloud. We offer a range of programmes especially designed to help with symptoms of low mood and anxiety. You can work through your chosen programme at your own pace with the reassurance of regular reviews with a therapist over the phone or via online messages.

Online CBT with SilverCloud is effective and proven to help with a range of common mental health problems.

How it works – SilverCloud self-sign up

To refer yourself to Online CBT with SilverCloud, you can sign up instantly by clicking on the link below. There is a wellbeing quiz to help you choose which programme will be relevant to you. Alternatively, you can pick a programme from the list available. You will then be asked to complete the referral form and some additional questionnaires. You need to be 17+ and registered with a Surrey GP.

A member of our team may need to contact you by telephone to discuss your specific requirements and to make sure Online CBT with SilverCloud is the most helpful treatment option for you. If this is the case, we will contact you within 2 working days from the date you self-referred.

You can start using your SilverCloud programme immediately upon sign-up. You will be assigned a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) who will regularly review your progress and support you to put techniques into practice.

Within one week, you will receive an email from SilverCloud informing you that your first review has been booked. DHC Talking Therapies will also email you to confirm the date and time of your review which will last around 10 minutes. Your PWP will explain how to get the most from your SilverCloud programme and you will be able to discuss your progress and ask questions. If you would prefer your first review to be via online messaging, or if you are unable to attend the telephone review, please contact us so it can be rearranged.

Ongoing reviews can be via telephone or online messaging depending on your preference.
As your treatment progresses, our therapists will work with you to ensure that your treatment is working well for you. Adjustments to your treatment plan can be made if appropriate. You will always be kept informed of changes. You will be able to continue accessing your SilverCloud programme for one year after signing up, even after your therapist reviews have finished.
