Some people prefer the convenience of accessing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) via our online solution SilverCloud. This is often referred to as computer-based CBT (cCBT). This is an effective option for people who prefer to access therapy in their own location and at their own pace. cCBT SilverCloud is especially designed to help with symptoms of low mood and anxiety.
With SilverCloud we offer ongoing reviews with your therapist.
To refer yourself to our cCBT service SilverCloud, you can sign up instantly by clicking on the link below. SilverCloud can help you chose which cCBT programme will be relevant to you by completing the wellbeing quiz. Alternatively you can pick a programme from the list available. You will then be asked to complete the referral form and some additional questionnaires. You need to be 18+ and registered with a Surrey GP.
You can start using your SilverCloud programme immediately. You will be assigned a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who will regularly review your progress and support you to put techniques into practice. You will receive an email from SilverCloud within one week informing you when your first review has been booked. These reviews are offered via an online message. The duration of the support offered will depend on your specific requirements.
A member of our team may need to contact you by telephone to discuss your specific requirements and to make sure cCBT is the most helpful treatment option for you. If this is the case we will contact you within 2 working days from the date you self-referred.
As your treatment progresses, our therapists will work with you to ensure that your treatment is working well for you. Adjustments to your treatment plan can be made if appropriate. You will always be kept informed of changes. You will be able to continue accessing your SilverCloud programme for one year after signing up, even after your therapist reviews have finished.
