Group Course: CBT for depression and low self-esteem

This is a FREE course for those who would like to enhance their feelings of self-acceptance.

Our depression and low self-esteem group is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This is a therapy that looks at how the way we think (our thoughts), the way we feel (our emotions and physical), and what we do (our behaviours).

This group course looks at understanding how depression and low self-esteem develops and what keeps it going. It will include addressing anxious predictions, combating self-criticism and enhancing self-acceptance.

Our popular group courses run throughout the year. If there are no forthcoming dates provided above you can register your interest in joining a course by filling in the self-referral form or calling us on 01483 906392.
