Group Course: Counselling for Depression

This is a FREE course for those who would like to explore their experience of depression in a small, confidential, group.

Supported by trained therapists, group members will develop an understanding of low mood, and how this can be managed more helpfully, whilst being able to share with others who are ‘in the same boat’.

Our counselling for depression group will look at understanding how depression develops and what keeps it going. It will include reflecting on who we are, what our expectations of ourselves might be, and how this affects our emotions and feelings.

Our popular group courses run throughout the year. If there are no forthcoming dates provided above you can register your interest in joining a course by filling in the self-referral form or calling us on 01483 906392.
