Introduction to Worry and CBT is a free course to help you start your therapy journey.
An introductory course of 4 sessions for you to experience group therapy. Many participants have benefitted greatly from these sessions and subsequently decide to continue with a course format rather than switch to one-to-one therapy.
This introductory course will help you to:
- Have a better understanding of your worry
- Prepare you for therapy
- Help you to understand how your thoughts and behaviour impact on your wellbeing
- Begin to make changes which can have a lasting and significant impact
