Group Course: Living Well with Long COVID

This FREE group is for people who have had COVID-19 (coronavirus) confirmed or suspected and are struggling to manage longer term physical and emotional aspects of the illness.

People struggling with long COVID frequently report a wide range of physical symptoms that are well supported by the NHS. In addition to these physical symptoms, there are also difficulties with mood and mental health such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks and symptoms of psychological trauma.

This psychotherapy group will aim to enable people to feel more able and willing to engage in challenging treatment programmes and lifestyle changes.

Our popular group courses run throughout the year. If there are no forthcoming dates provided above you can register your interest in joining a course by filling in the self-referral form or calling us on 01483 906392.
