Group Course: Introduction to Depression and CBT

Introduction to Depression and CBT is a free course to help you start your therapy journey.

An introductory course of 4 sessions for you to experience group therapy. Many participants have benefitted greatly from these sessions and subsequently decide to continue with a course format rather than switch to one-to-one therapy.

This introductory course will help you to:

  • Have a better understanding of your depression or anxiety
  • Prepare you for therapy
  • Help you to understand how your thoughts and behaviour impact on your wellbeing
  • Begin to make changes which can have a lasting and significant impact
  • Experience encouragement from other course participants

Our popular group courses run throughout the year. If there are no forthcoming dates provided above you can register your interest in joining a course by filling in the self-referral form or calling us on 01483 906392.
