Free and confidential. Refer yourself today…
You can book a place directly onto one of our group courses or workshops. We offer courses on anxiety and depression as well as courses tailored to pregnancy, new mums and the menopause. For people living with a long-term physical health condition, there are courses where you can learn skills to handle difficult feelings or symptoms more effectively so they have less influence over you.
Group courses are currently online.

Our workshop is based on four weekly sessions lasting 1 hour 30 minutes and is currently held in the evenings in a group of up to 11 people. The workshop covers a range of interventions including psychoeducation around stress, breathing and relaxation, worry management techniques and how changing behaviours can improve emotional wellbeing.
We offer 4-week mindfulness groups to clients who have completed a course of 1:1 treatment with our service.
These groups are generally available each month so if you cannot make the upcoming group, you can join the next one in the diary.
Mindfulness is a skill which can aid with maintaining wellbeing and relapse prevention.
The practice of Mindfulness helps us to bring conscious awareness to our thoughts, feelings and experiences in the present moment. The educational group will give you the opportunity to learn more about mindfulness, practice different mindfulness exercises and discuss reflections with fellow group members.
Please ask your therapist or our admin team for further details if you are interested in signing up to our next Mindfulness course.
