Join our Mindfulness Group in Guildford

Have you completed a course of 1 to 1 therapy with DHC? If so, join our ‘Introduction to Mindfulness Course’ starting on the 28th January in Guildford.

The practice of Mindfulness helps us to bring conscious awareness to our thoughts, feelings and experiences in the present moment. By observing what’s going on and looking at our experiences non-judgmentally, with kindness and acceptance, it can help us to gain a different perspective on our experiences, and to make wiser choices about how we respond to them, rather than being driven by them or responding in a knee-jerk way.

The educational group will give you the opportunity to learn more about mindfulness, practice different mindfulness exercises and discuss their reflections with fellow group members.
The group does not require members to share their own personal difficulties if they do not wish to do so.

When: Tuesday 28th January 2020 6-7.30pm, weekly for 4 weeks
Where: Fairlands Community Centre, Fairlands Avenue, Fairlands, Guildford, GU3 3NA
Therapists: Beth Guthrie & Charlotte Avery

Call us on: 01483 906392
