Living with long-term conditions – forthcoming course dates

If you are living with or looking after someone with a long-term physical health condition, there are a number of courses around Surrey that you can refer yourself to.
These are the forthcoming courses available…

Forthcoming course: Long term conditions (LTC’s) 8 week course – Starting Tuesday 29th October

Location: Dorking, Old Pixham School
Time: 2.45pm – 3.45pm

This group is for…
Those who have a long term health condition including:
Breathing problems (Severe asthma, COPD, Chronic bronchitis)
IBS
Diabetes
Chronic pain
Cardiac problems
Cancer
Who are experiencing anxiety and/or depression and feel able to attend a group setting (in a relaxed environment). We also ask that you are available to attend at least 7 out of the 8 weekly sessions.

Our therapists are trained to help those with long-term conditions such as respiratory problems like COPD and asthma, heart related problems, diabetes or pain. To find out about the latest courses, please call us on 01483 906392 or fill in the online form here

We provide a range of therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Computer-based CBT to people over 18 and registered with a Surrey GP.

You can refer yourself for these services without seeing your GP first.
