Forthcoming course: Living well with pain – Tuesday 10th September

Location: Old Pixham School, Dorking
Time: 2.30pm for 1 hour

This group is for…
Those living with chronic pain. This group will help you manage your pain more effectively using a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach.

Forthcoming course: Living well with Long term conditions (LTC’s) – Tuesday 1st October

Location: Dorking (TBC)
Time: 2.00pm for 1 hour and a half

This group is for…
Those who have a long term health condition and require help and support to manage feelings of low mood and anxiety that might be triggered by living with a long term condition.

We provide a range of therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Computer-based CBT to people over 18 and registered with a Surrey GP.

You can refer yourself for these services without seeing your GP first.
