ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) is a type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. This group is suitable for people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression.
This is an active therapy in which you will learn and implement new skills to help you handle difficult thoughts and feelings more effectively and improve your quality of life.
When: Mondays from 8th June to 27th July, 2.30pm – 4pm
Where: Via Zoom video call on your computer or mobile phone.
