Support for life events in Surrey

It can sometimes be difficult to cope with life events.

A significant event or living with a long-term physical health problem can trigger symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression. It is common for challenges such as redundancy, retirement, grief, the breakdown of a relationship or pregnancy to affect our emotional well-being.

You may notice changes in the way you think, your sleep may be disturbed or you may start to withdraw from life and avoid situations that are difficult to manage.

It is important to reach out for support at times like this. Your family and friends may be able to help but you may also benefit from professional support.

Our trained therapists can offer you a supportive and confidential space to process these life events and move forwards.
