DHC Talking Therapies provide special resources to clients who are receiving support from our service.
These resources are available during therapy and for up to one year after sessions have finished so that people can refer back to a range of useful guidance and self-help tools. All resources are accessible via login on our website.
We have recently introduced therapist-guided audio exercises where one of our therapists focuses on relaxation techniques, mindfulness or meditation. The team would like to share one of these helpful exercises. You can listen to 3-Minute Breathing Space which helps when our thoughts or feelings begin moving in a negative direction.
